About Us

Prior to joining Surterre Properties®, Michelle Brown enjoyed a rewarding 20-year career overseeing the marketing efforts for a national upscale women’s clothing chain based in her hometown in Michigan, and later as marketing director for Fashion Island and Irvine Spectrum, two of the country’s largest and most distinctive outdoor shopping centers owned by The Irvine Company. During a five-year period in Scottsdale, AZ Michelle formed a consulting firm that directed strategic marketing, sales and investor relation efforts for property developers and a leading pharmaceutical company. Michelle resides in the Village of Corona del Mar.

Previous to her successful real estate career, Eliisa Stowell was involved for 15 years in International sales and marketing including an enjoyable career with The Wine Group, the world’s third largest wine producer. Eliisa was born in Finland, raised in Sweden and worked closely with many clients in Europe and Asia. She is fluent in three languages and resides with her family in Corona Highlands in Corona del Mar.

Bianca Avila is an accomplished real estate agent who specializes in working with buyers in a variety of price ranges. She also enjoys working with first-time home buyers, as this category of buyers requires an aspect of teaching and an unwavering commitment to service. Bianca played an integral role in developing the Internet and social media programs being utilized by the Brown and Stowell team. Bianca is a Newport Beach native, fluent in two languages who, prior to joining Surterre Properties®, was a Marketing Specialist for her family’s business — Avila’s El Ranchito Restaurant. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of San Diego and lives in Corona del Mar.

Paul Fuchs is a former financial consultant with Merrill Lynch and risk manager with GE Capital. He is exceptionally well-versed in the fiscal aspects of real estate transactions and is highly skilled in providing sound guidance and knowledge to clients as they navigate through their most significant financial endeavors. This broad experience and commitment to client satisfaction, coupled with his deep understanding of the coastal market, gives Paul a marked edge over his peers. Paul is actively involved in school and sports activities with his children and resides with his family in Dana Point.

Summer Perry is a Southern California native who holds a Light Construction and Development Management certificate from the University of California, Irvine along with a degree in business from East Tennessee State University where she was a Division I scholarship athlete. Prior to joining Surterre Properties®, Summer worked as Regional Director for K. Hovnanian Homes, a Fortune 500 organization. In this capacity, she worked with clients in all areas of new homes sales, homebuilder options, and construction. Summer resides with her husband on the Balboa Peninsula.
